Bloodmoon Wip

For the DUMBEST REASON, I lost my tablet pen. How this happened is that I didn't have a stylus for my 3DS and was too lazy to pick up any other blunt object or simply use my finger. I swore to myself I wouldn't lose it. ...Well, the good news is, it's still in the house somewhere. I actually had a good portion of this colored before that happened so I COULD say it's finished if I wanted to, but I had so much else I wanted to do, I decided I had to continue it even if that means waiting until I find the damned thing.

Anyway, it's good to have something up other than just some concept sketches for these two. They truly are my favorite right now. They even have a chosen theme. I suppose I should write what I have on both of them so far (Taken from their concept deviations and updated):

Red Carnelian (goes by "Red") is stoic, cool, uncaring, and relentless in battle. These are all FALSE traits you would assume about her upon first meeting. While quiet and stone-faced, Red is actually clairempathetic,* a mediator, peaceful, and often keeps people and situations from escalating to disaster. Despite knowing emotions so well, she finds it difficult to convey her own thoughts and feelings accurately, hence why smiles are a semi-rare occasion. Her weapons are essentially giant trampoline frisbees that act as shields, and can turn an enemy's force against them. She is stock-full of admiration for Moonstone and her confidence, wanting to be like her in the "cool" aspects. While Red doesn't like to speak around strangers, she will not hesitate to back Moonstone up with single-phrase agreements on everything she says, regardless of the situation. Might actually be anime trash.


Moonstone can be best described as Small and Sassy With No Chill Whatsoever. She is loud, wild, has rather selfish tendencies and harsh mood swings, doesn't know what boundaries are, and can sometimes be needlessly cruel if not kept in check. She consistently refers to herself as "the bomb," "the queen," "greek goddess," and other self-gratifying nicknames. Red Carnelian is her best friend and back-up squad. At first, it may appear that Moonstone only keeps Red around to be a sort of personal cheerleader, but while Moonstone ravishes the attention, she does genuinely care about Red---perhaps more than she cares about anyone else. 


Red and Moonstone's duo name is called Blood Moon (and maybe their ship name?)
