New 9 OC: Twilly

Don't you hate it when you're busy trying to develop the characters you already have when suddenly a freckled cutie with an oversized infinity-scarf comes in and RUINS YOUR LIFE???

Yeah this is sort of the basic design for her. Don't know too much about her yet except that the demanding little voice in my head insisted that she should be named Twilly. I then proceeded to google up twilly, and it turns out it is an old english word for "twill" which is a type of sewing pattern. Soooo that worked out.
